1. Scope of Services
The Site provides one-to-one IB tutoring, group-format IB courses, exam preparation bootcamps, Internal Assessment / Extended Essay / TOK support and an AI-assisted IA Grader for International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme students.
2. User Obligations
- You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You may use the Services only for lawful and personal academic purposes.
- You are expected to refrain from conduct that infringes the rights of other users or our teachers.
- You hold the copyright to the files you upload to the IA Grader; you may not upload work belonging to others without authorisation.
3. Academic Disclaimer
The academic support services are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular IB grade, university admission or other academic outcome. The estimated scores produced by the IA Grader do not replace official IB assessment results.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payments are taken through Stripe. Refund conditions are detailed on the Refund Policy page.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos and content on the Site are protected by copyright. Unauthorised copying, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. Lesson materials are intended solely for the personal use of the enrolled student; sharing them with third parties may result in termination of the tutoring relationship.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is". The Site cannot be held liable for academic outcomes, interruptions to third-party services or indirect damages arising from technical issues.
7. Changes to These Terms
The Site reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Enrolled students are notified by email of material changes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, where the service is operated. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence are not affected.
